The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price contract to Sysmex America, INC. for commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) Cost-Per-Result-Reportable (CPRR) Automated Hematology Analyzer System. The contract will consist of a base year and four (4) option years, and one (1) Optional six (6) Month Option; the period of performance for the base year is 01July2026 - 30June2027. Sysmex America, INC.'s XN-9100-202 is the only source available that utilizes fluorescent flow cytometry, which analyzes RNA and DNA content and intracellular cellular structures rather than relying solely on impedance and light scatter.
