The lease may commence as early as is feasible. The lease will have a one-year term, with the option to extend for an additional year, and 30-day termination rights. Description of Use: Non-permanent developments to alter the premises for general uses such as parking or shipping/receiving. Potential Lessee will be responsible for the payment of administration fees, amount to be determined, to complete the action.
