The 436 Civil Engineer Squadron, Dover Air Force Base (DE) requires a contractor to provide all labor, tools, transportation and supervision necessary to provide a service program to control corrosion, slime and algae in the condensers and service the thermal ice storage systems, closed loop heating and cooling systems, gas-fired heating hot water systems and water softeners at Dover AFB, DE, as further defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). 1.
