The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to solicit and negotiate on a limited competition basis with authorized distributors of Columbus Jack (CAGE: 00994) 1 Air Cargo PKWY E Swanton, Ohio 43558 for the manufacture and production of the Aircraft On Ground (AOG) Axle Jack, P/N: 9440-010 in support of the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) P-8A Poseidon program The Government intends to procure the above items under the statutory authority of Title 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."; therefore, a solicitation is not available for this procurement.
