This announcement constitutes a Request for Proposals (RFP) in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Part 12 "Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services", and supplemented by RFO Part 15 "Contracting by Negotiation". The NAICS code is 522320 "Financial Transactions Processing, Reserve, and Clearinghouse Activities". The Government anticpates award of a commercial service contract with a period of performance (PoP) specified per task in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Option tasks 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, and 4.6 will be twelve (12) months from date of award of the option task and option tasks 4.1 and 4.5 will be eighteen (18) months from date of award of the option task.
