About this opportunity
The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate and award a Sole-Source Order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N0001923G0002 to Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (LM RMS) in Owego, NY for the procurement of 676 Damper Pressure Kits in support of the Multi-Mission Helicopter (MH-60) Romeo and Sierra aircraft. This effort will include United States Navy (USN) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) aircraft. This action is intended to be awarded on a sole source basis to Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (LM RMS) under the authority permitting other than full and open competition, Title 10, U.S.C. 3204 (a)(1), as implemented by Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 6.103-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other type of Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requir...
