Enclosed is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Fall Protection Annual Inspection/Recertification, twelve (12) month base period plus four (4) option periods. If you would like to submit a quotation, please follow all instructions below. Only one (1) award will be made as a result of this announcement. Quotations are due 16 June, 2026 at 2:00PM EST. Please complete and return the attached Pricing Worksheet. All quotes and associated documents must be in English. All line items must be priced. Incomplete quotes will not be accepted.
