REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) Managed Service Provider Support Contract 1.0 INTRODUCTION The Department of Defense, Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Contracting Office, on behalf of the Department of War Office of Inspector General (DoW OIG), is issuing this RFI as part of the acquisition planning phase. The purpose of this RFI is to identify sources capable of providing the comprehensive IT operational support services detailed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and to request Capability Statements and a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) based on the estimated workload.
