DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Coast Guard requires services for the contractor to provide all labor, equipment, material, transportation, supervision, services and items necessary to procure and install one (1) new heat pump and four (4) associated indoor mini-split units to provide independent and adequate temperature control for four crew duty rooms in the Pease Building at USCG Air Station Port Angeles, WA.
