This notice is for informational purposes only. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a), the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Charleston District intends to issue a contract action on a sole-source basis to FFE/Heapy Joint Venture (J/V) (Designer of Record or DOR). This sole-source contract action will acquire follow-on architect-engineer (A-E) design and construction support services from the DOR, to complete the VBA Regional Office Building Interior Remodel and Modernization project in St. Petersburg, Florida. The 2nd-floor renovation was previously designed by the DOR under a prior contract with the Department of Veterans Affairs.
