DLA Troop Support intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Heat Interchanger, Refrigerant, National Stock Number (NSN) 4130-01-365-2740, RIX Industries (CAGE: 28953), PART NUMBER: A71-D2416. RIX Industries (CAGE: 28953), is the designated Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the NSN. Adequate data for the evaluation of alternate offers is not available at the procurement agency. For alternate offers, the offeror must provide a complete technical data package including date for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. The Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) is 11 EA.
