OKNG 17th SOS Long-Term Lodging The Oklahoma National Guard (OKNG) is seeking multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for secure, long-term commercial lodging for 17th SOS flight training students in Oklahoma City, OK. Eligibility: 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Direct award to owners/operators only (no brokers). Location: Within 10 mins of downtown OKC; ZIPs: 73102, 73103, 73104, 73105, 73106, 73111, 73114, 73116, 73118, 73120.
