The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a firm?fixed?price preventative maintenance contract to Agilent Technologies, 2850 Centerville Rd, Wilmington, DE 19808?1610. The contract will provide OEM maintenance services and software updates for a twelve (12) month period. The FBI Laboratory Division (LD) requires OEM maintenance to preserve warranty coverage for the Agilent Bravo liquid handling robot and Agilent PlateLoc instruments. Only Agilent?certified engineers are authorized to service these systems, access proprietary software, and supply OEM parts.
