Public Address System In accordance with FAR Part 15, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to release a Request for Proposal (RFP) for construction services to install a VALCOM Public Address (PA) System at the Hampton VA Health Care system in Hampton, VA. The contractor will provide all transportation, specific VALCOM materials, parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor, supervision, and technical expertise to remove and replace the existing PA System. The contractor will be providing all the elements and performing all the work.
