The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a fixed price purchase order, on a sole-source basis to Coherent Technical Services, Inc. (CAGE: 4AW27) for Software maintenance, technical support and software upgrades for the Ship Integration Multi Touch System (SIMS) Installed in the Carrier Analysis Lab, NAWCAD Lakehurst. NAWCADLKE intends to procure these items under the authority of 10 USC 3204(a)(1) as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation package is available for this procurement.
