About this opportunity
The subject requirement is for the acquisition of the NSNs listed in Attachment #1. This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set Aside for CLINs 0001 through 0003 and unrestricted for CLINs 0004 through 0010. An indefinite quantity contract with a three year base period and 2 option years is anticipated. FOB Origin is required. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on or about 6/15/2026. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. The small business size standard and NAICS codes are listed in Attachment # 1. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery, and small business participation.
