SUBJECT: Notice of Intent to Formally Modify Single-Award IDIQ Contract W51AA1-25-D-0001 to Increase the Contract Ceiling. 1. INTRODUCTION ACC-APG, Tobyhanna Division intends to execute a sole-source bilateral modification to increase the contract ceiling of the single-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for flooring repair and replacement services. This contract modification will be executed under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements) as implemented by 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1). 2.
