IAW RFO 5.101(c)(4): (i) This is a pre-solicitation notice for a large aircraft wheel washer capable of removing rubber/carbon deposits. The wheel washer must be able to perform automated cleaning of C-130J aircraft wheels for corrosion control. The wheel washer must be able to wash C-130 aircraft wheels with an automatic cycle, requires little to no manual scrubbing between washes, and includes self contained filtration system, oil skimmer, and some form of loading and unloading assist to limit the need for members to lift the wheels into the machine by hand.
