Sources Sought RELIABILITY AND MAINTAINABILITY (R&M) ENGINEERING SUPPORT FOR HELICOPTER DIVISION WEAPON SYSTEMS PURPOSE/DESCRIPTION The Government is conducting market research to identify potential sources that possess the facilities, expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet qualification requirements to complete R&M related tasks for helicopter platforms TH-1H, UH-1N, HH-60W and MH-139. This requirement is for engineering support services. Our strategy is a for five-year cost plus fixed-fee contract (basic plus four option years) and will continue through FY32.
