In accordance with FAR 19.107 Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program. Title: Personal Assistance Services (PAS), Region 2. EPA, R2, requires Personal Assistance Services (PAS) commercial services. The services are for one federal EPA employee with targeted disabilities. The PAS provider shall provide non-medical, non-work task assistance, enabling the employee to perform activities they would typically handle themselves.
