Procurement of one (1) Delta Scientific Corp MP 5000 mobile crash barrier. Notice of Intent - 341 SFS Mobile Crash Barrier Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The 341st Contracting Squadron intends to award on a sole-source basis a contract to Delta Scientific Corporation (DSC) to support the Malmstrom Air Force Base (MAFB). MAFB currently uses two other MP5000 barricades and uses other DSC systems as their permanent barriers installed at the installation gates. Multiple base personnel are trained in DSC�s system including the MP5000 and parts between DSC are interchangeable. DSC is the proprietary owner of the other barricade systems currently installed on base and the sole manufacturer of their system(s).
