DESCRIPTION: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) that will consist of a new construction of an endo skeleton structure to an existing hangar to house Cyber Warfare Operations. Provide cyber operations space within the existing bay, to include three floors. Construct all spaces up to appropriate security levels. Install communications room to accommodate servers and equipment. Provide all supporting electrical, mechanical, security, fire suppression, and communications supporting infrastructure. Provide emergency power systems and standby generator connection. The Contract Duration is estimated at 1440 calendar days from Contract Notice to Proceed.
