About this opportunity
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration�s (NOAA) Acquisition and Grants Office, Eastern Acquisition Division-Kansas City intends to negotiate and award a purchase order, on a sole source basis, under authority of RFO FAR 6.103-1, with Proton Energy Systems (Nel Hydrogen) in Wallingford, CT for various HOGEN parts (P/N KT-0400-0189-1, 08-2303-0010, 54-0502-0247-2, 08-2301-0015) to be delivered to the Sterling Field Support Center in Sterling, VA. The sole source determination is based on NOAA�s sole source justification. Nel Hydrogen is the only manufacturer of the HOGEN parts for a testing/troubleshooting aid.
