The Naval Facilities System Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Far East (FE), Resident Officer in Charge of Construction (ROICC) Sasebo, is currently seeking potential sources to perform Utilities Operation and Maintenance (Utilities O&M) at Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS), Japan. The Government intends to award 4-months single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract comprised of Non-Recurring Work Items. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
