About this opportunity
The Selective Service System (SSS) is hereby posting a solicitation for the Website Modernization Project. This solicitation is issued as a commercial product and commercial service acquisition pursuant to FAR Part 12. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract using negotiated procurement procedures in accordance with FAR Part 15. Offerors shall submit proposals in accordance with the instructions contained in the solicitation, including the addenda to FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors�Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
