About this opportunity
This is a solicitation notice for a one-time contract to provide services for concrete barrier mobilization, emplacement, and de-mobilization for the 4th of July event on Schofield Barracks, HI. Quotation with supporting documentation is due by Friday, June 12, 2026 at 10:00 am Hawaii Standard time via email to: maria.d.olipas.civ@army.mil. The Contractor shall perform to the standards specified by the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Technical Exhibit (TE1). Contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who in turn is responsible to the Government. This action will be set aside 100% to Small Business.
