About this opportunity

The Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) is seeking information on industry capabilities for a large-scale microfiche digitization effort. The goal is to convert approximately 5.88 million microfiche sheets to the Federal Agencies Digital Guidelines Initiative (FADGI) 3-Star standard. This RFI is for market research purposes to identify sources and solutions. For a detailed description of the required work, all respondents should review the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).
