Presolicitation Notice The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Northwestern Division (NWD), Portland District intends to issue a commercial services solicitation, W9127N26QA098, for the purchase of the below Recirculating Aquaculture Systems, with delivery to Cole M. Rivers Hatchery, located at 200 Cole M. Rivers Drive, Trail, OR 97541.
