This is a Notice of Intent, not a request for proposal. The National Institute of Health, Clinical Center (NIH-CC) intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition basis with the following vendor: Philips North America LLC. Acquisition Description: The Critical Care Medicine Department routinely performs diagnostic and research EKGs on adult and pediatric patients within the Clinical Center. The IntelliSpace ECG Management System allows for the viewing and interpretation of EKGs of all patients regardless of size or age, interfacing the data tracings into the electronic medical record.
