The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is offering up to $320 million in grant funding for industrial decarbonization projects at Industrial Facilities through the Reducing Industrial Sector Emissions in Pennsylvania (RISE PA) program. RISE PA is funded through the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Climate Pollution Reduction Grants.
