The agency requires the procurement, delivery, and installation of a permanent 400m electronic track pacing system for the outdoor track at Kadena AB, Japan. The required system must consist of LED lights installed along the inside rail of a standard 400-meter track, positioned just above the track surface. The system must be capable of running up to 10 pacing programs simultaneously from 5 different starting points...
