About this opportunity
This is a notice of intent to solicit from a single source. The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), intends to award a purchase order with ABR, Inc. Fairbanks, AK for aerial survey and reporting as described in the attached Statement of Work. Award will be made in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. ABR, Inc. is, to the USGS knowledge, the only source as the survey requires expertise in aerial wildlife survey techniques, as well as extensive experience flying in remote, roadless areas of northern Alaska.
