�Pursuant to 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) intends to solicit from a single source with the American Public Works Association (APWA) to provide memberships in this professional to provide timely, accurate and useful information about the industry, new products, technology and other transportation-related initiatives. Federal Highway Administration is the only Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP) that is a mandated program to provide professional development, training and technical assistance to local agencies and tribal governments with road management responsibility.
