This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA301626R0033 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP), for non- personal services requirement. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary for the demolition of seven (7) buildings at JBSA Lackland: B2988, B2989, B4395, B5584, B7362, B7561 and B140 at JBSA LAK-Chapman Training Annex.
