About this archived opportunity

The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI), Innovation and Commercialization Office (I&C), is conducting market research to identify qualified small business sources capable of providing innovation and commercialization ecosystem support services. The anticipated requirement includes program evaluation and analytics, partner engagement and commercialization support, operation and enhancement of an AI-enabled partnering platform, program coordination and logistics, entrepreneurial education and mentoring, and support for Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) initiatives. The Government is seeking capability statements from small business concerns capable of performing the activities described in the attached draft Statement of Work. Responses will be used for acquisition planning purposes, including assessing the availability of qualified small business sources and determining an appropriate acquisition strategy.
