Sources-Sought Notice The Indian Health Service, Crownpoint Service Unit is issuing this sources-sought notice (SSN) to identify capable Indian-owned, economic enterprises � large (IEE) or small (ISBEE) � that can provide laboratory supplies, and reagents on an-as-needed basis for the Crownpoint Healthcare Facility, Laboratory Department. The Government anticipates establishing a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), or other appropriate commercial supply vehicle for the acquisition of laboratory supplies, reagents, specimen collection materials, controls, testing kits, consumables, and related laboratory products required to support patient care and diagnostic services.
