About this opportunity
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has a requirement for the Entrance Road and Parking Rehabilitation at Culebra National Wildlife Refuge (NWR) CULEBRA Puerto Rico. This requirement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation.
