This Notice of Intent to award a sole source, commercial purchase order is hereby issued in accordance with RFO FAR Parts 5.101 and 12.202. This notice serves to announce the Indian Health Service�s (IHS) intent to solicit a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), sole source, commercial purchase order to Sodha Q Enterprises, LLC (DBA AgencyQ), of Bethesda, MD. Sodha Q Enterprises is able to satisfy IHS�s requirement for a component-based, Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) Software as a Service (SaaS) ecosystem, specifically, the Sun+Sky version of ClearPath, a Client Technological Engagement (CTE) patient-level platform; and the Native Nexus version of Find-It-First, a CTE system-level knowledge clearing house and analytics platform.
