Rail Spanners shall be capable of spanning between railcars, allowing the loading of self-propelled vehicles, towed trailers, and other rolling stock onto railcars. b. Rail Spanners shall be compatible with all military and commercial railcars. c. Axle Weight Capacity, A pair of Rail Spanners, left and right runways, shall be rated at 40,000 lbs. maximum single axle. Each individual Rail Spanner shall be rated at 20,000 lbs. maximum single/dually wheel, 24inch wide, no thicker than 4-inch tall. d.
