NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego, in Support of Commander Naval Air Forces (CNAF) is issuing a solicitation as a SDVOSB small business set- aside for a commercial Firm-Fixed- Price (FFP) contract to provide services necessary to perform Aviation Climate Assessment Survey System (ACASS) Administration and Support Services. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Services following the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award.
