This notice serves to announce the Indian Health Service�s (IHS) intent to solicit a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), sole source, commercial purchase order to Lowrey Research & Analytics, LLC, of O�Fallon, MO. Lowrey Research & Analytics is able to satisfy IHS�s requirement for specialized demographic research and statistical analysis services that will sustain and advance IHS�s demographic products and adjusted vital statistics files for American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) populations.
