THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. Program Manager Advanced Amphibious Assault (PM AAA) within Portfolio Acquisition Executive � Marine Corps (PAE-MC) intends to negotiate and award on a sole-source basis in accordance with 10 United States Code (U.S.C.) �3204 (a)(2), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-2(a)(2) to Anduril Industries, Anduril Federal, 1400 Anduril, Costa Mesa CA 92626-1548 for the procurement of Non-kinetic Attack Counter-small Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-sUAS) Packages, including Pulsar Lite (Pulsar-L), and vehicle integration kits in support of the PM AAA Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV) platform to satisfy an urgent requirement.
