Foley Federal Courthouse, 445 Broadway, Albany, NY 12207. Proposals are due Wednesday, June 11th, 2026 by 3:00 pm EDT. All proposals should be sent electronically via email to erin.miller@gsa.gov. The site visit will be held on Thursday, May 28th, 2026 9:00am EDT at the James T. Foley Federal Courthouse. All individuals who would like to attend must email erin.miller@gsa.gov and brandon.nilsen@gsa.gov by May 27, 2026 to confirm their attendance. The site visit is not mandatory, but is encouraged.
