UPDATE: The purpose of this amendment (0002) is to revise the Combined Synopsis Solicitation: a. Post CSS Coagulation Attachment 3 Quote Sheet Amendment 0002 for feedback; and b. Feedback due 1300 PST on Wednesday, 3 June 2026 (ensure feedback sent to both POCs). Acknowledgement of this amendment and any resultant amended quotation shall be submitted utilizing the CSS Coagulation Attachment 3 Quote Sheet. All other paragraphs, provisions, and conditions of this CSS remain unchanged.
