The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Globecomm Systems Inc., CAGE: 02MQ7 (doing business as Ultisat, Inc.) for the issuance of a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. This contract will be for the procurement of Ultisat, Inc. Ku-band ground station satellite communications systems and incidental support services in support of the Department of Defense. The Government requires turn-key Ku-band ground station SATCOM systems, with the Ultisat proprietary software and systems, which include installation, integration, and testing of the satellite terminal, system, network, and service.
