The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHCA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis IAW RFO/FAR 12.102(a) to Med Associates Inc, 166 Industrial Park RD Fairfax, Vermont 05454-4452, United States as the only responsible source that can provide Walter Reed Army institute of Research (WRAIR), Center for Military Psychiatry and Neuroscience (CMPN) the replacement for components of its currently owned and aging Conditioning System. The Government requires Med Associates Inc.�s Med-PC VI software suite and Video Fear Conditioning software as well as camera bundles and other associated hardware needing replacement.
