About this opportunity
The JPM CBRN IEW has requirements that may result in full rate production and deployment of MPCSAs in tactical environments worldwide. The Government requires a man-portable system capable of identifying and classifying known and unknown liquid, solid, vapor and aerosol chemical hazards and quantifying low-level vapor and aerosol hazards to meet MPCSA's requirements. The MPCSA will operate in a dismounted configuration. The Department of War will use MPCSAs to conduct and/or support their missions. These missions include post-attack monitoring, base defense, decontamination assurance, demasking, dismounted reconnaissance, and field confirmatory chemical analysis in forward operating locations.
