Amendment 0002 is issued to make the following changes: - Update Section A.1, Minimum Aircraft Requirement to reference Anchorage/Fairbanks and change the fuel stops from one to two. - Update Paragraph B.1.1.2 to reference the primary destinations as Anchorage and Fairbanks. - Add Paragraph B.1.1.3 to add optional secondary locations. - Update Exhibit 8 and E-3 to reference Anchorage/Fairbanks and change the fuel stops from one to two.
