The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) Code 0223 intends to negotiate and award a sole source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC/NGMS) (CAGE: 03956) for the procurement of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) hardware components technical refresh packages, and ship sets supported include Electronic Charting, Display and Information System ?
