Amendment 1 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide Attachment J6 - 030ADV26Q0018 which contains responses to offeror questions. _________________________________________________________________________ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with FAR Part 13. This is a simplified acquisition to establish a contact for specialized braille services, including tactile graphics. The Library of Congress (Library) requires contract support to transcribe documents into braille, produce eBraille (.brf) files, and emboss and bind documents.
